Ok, so if it's command, we're talking inscribable.

About a month or so ago, I bought an r9 Command gold insc. Eternal Shield with a +30 handle for 12k from someone spamming to sell it in Kamadan.

I didn't like how the shield looked, so I took the +30 handle off to use elsewhere. A friend told me the shield might fetch as much as 45k.

A couple weeks later I found a buyer spamming in Kamadan and sold the shield without mods for 38k.

The mods you have attached there are worth anywhere from 3-7k for the handle and 2-5k for the inscription. If you're looking to make the most money, I suggest you use a perfect salvage kit to get the mods off and sell them separately. You might offer them to someone buying the shield for an additional price, but I doubt them being on the shield will make the entire thing worth more than you could sell the parts for.

While sometimes useful info can be found in very old threads, it's not likely that PCs from two years ago will still be accurate.

25k-ish clean imo. 3-4k for the handle and 2-3k for the insc. As Luny said, you're better off selling separately.
